When you order from Knapstad.dk you must comply with our shopping process. By placing an order with us you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to accept/ deliver your order, we will contact you promptly by email, telephone or mail to inform you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.
All items are subject to availability.

PRICES AND PAYMENT:

Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is shipped. “

The prices for any jewellery will be as quoted on our Site. The price is all inclusive, 25% vat and the shipping cost inside Denmark. Our delivery charges outside Denmark are set out in our website.The payment is going via Paypal. You don’t need to have an Paypal account to use our webshop, Paypal accepts all major credit cards.Payment of the whole of the price for the goods you order must be received before your order can be accepted. Prices are subject to change.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS:

You may return any product you have ordered from Knapstad.dk within 14 days of receipt.

Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.To return any item please contact Knapstad.dk via email or telephone. I want to constantly improve so please indicate the reason for the return on a note, and whether you would prefer a replacement, exchange or a refund.All goods returned for refund or exchange must be in a saleable condition with original packaging intact. Please use an insured registered delivery method to return your order.All online refunds will be completed within approximately 30 days of the return of the goods. All refunds will be made according to the original method of payment. For security purposes, we test all jewellery and stones that are returned and compare them to the original photographs that we take before your order is shipped.  Please note that we do not refund the cost of delivery except if your return is the result of an error made by Knapstad.dk

CANCELLATIONS:

Please call or e-mail to cancel an order. Cancellation must be done on the same day the order was made.
You can contact me from Monday to Friday from 10 am to 16 pm. Outside these hours, you will be able to leave a message and will be contacted the following working day.

CANCELLATION BY ME:

I reserve the right to cancel your order if:

(a) Insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered.
(b) I do not deliver to your area.
(c) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing.

If I do cancel your contract I will notify you by e-mail and I will credit your account as soon as possible. I will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

DELIVERY OF GOODS TO YOU:

I will deliver the jewelry ordered by you to the address you gave me for delivery at the time you made your order.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order. It can take up to three working days in Denmark if your order is placed before twelve noon. However this is dependent on stock availability and orders can take up to 14 days to reach you. The carrier in Denmark is Post Danmark and to countries outside Denmark Fedex is used.

If i have to deliver outside Europe you must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation including obtaining all necessary customs import or other permits to purchase goods from my site. The importation or exportation of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. I make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the import or export of the goods you purchase.

EVENTS BEYOND MY CONTROL:

I shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes and other internal disputes breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
